Terms of Service

1. About Verci

Verci is a membership-based social matching service that pairs creative professionals into groups of 5-6 for biweekly in-person meetups. By signing up and paying for a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Membership and Billing

Verci offers three membership tiers:

• Monthly: $45 per month
• 3-Month: $30 per month, billed $90 every 3 months
• Annual: $22.50 per month, billed $270 per year

All payments are processed through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, and your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

3. How Matching Works

Meetups occur on the 1st and 15th of each month. Before each cycle:

• You will receive a text message asking for your availability (A, B, C, or S)
• Reply A for Weds at 1 PM, B for Friday at 3 PM, C for Saturday at 1 PM, or S to skip
• If you do not respond by the Thursday deadline, you will be skipped for that cycle
• Groups are formed based on city, time slot, preferences, and diversity factors
• You will be introduced to your group via a group text message

4. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and completing payment, you consent to receive recurring SMS messages from Verci. These include availability check-ins, group introductions, meetup reminders, and feedback requests.

Message frequency: approximately 4-6 messages per biweekly cycle. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact samantha@creativecoffee.club.

5. Member Conduct

Verci is a community built on respect. As a member, you agree to:

• Attend meetups you have confirmed availability for
• Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism
• Provide accurate profile information
• Not use the service for solicitation, harassment, or any unlawful purpose

6. No-Show Policy

If group members report you as a no-show, you will receive a strike. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension or termination of your membership. If you need to skip a cycle, reply C to the availability text or use the skip feature on your dashboard.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by contacting us. After cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

8. Limitation of Liability

Verci facilitates introductions between members but does not guarantee the outcome of any meetup. We are not responsible for the actions or behavior of individual members. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify members of significant changes via email or SMS. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
